Company Summary

EASTERN EXCAVATION, INC. is a site work construction company with a reputation for integrity and quality workmanship that was formed by Robert Plummer III as a Sole Proprietorship in 1991 venturing into the landscaping business. The company soon progressed to a construction company with specialties in residential and commercial site work and has experienced steady growth since its inception, incorporating in January 2004.

In thirty- two years EEI have become a more diversified company with several services and a solid reputation. The company’s overall objective is to provide quality commercial construction, and maintain a satisfied customer base for several years to come.

We have an experienced team; some employees have been with EEI for 10-20+ years. Our leadman, Paul Thebarge has been with EEI for over 25 years. As the company evolves, we welcome the next generation, Rob’s son Robbie has grown up in the construction industry.
